 Pilates is a practice that was created by Joseph Pilates in the 1940's.
Since then the practice has evolved and adapted to suit modern day living.

About Fluide Pilates
Fluide Pilates is based in the beautiful city of Toulouse, SW France where classes can be taught in either English or French. 

The classes stay true to the original principles of Pilates, but have been adapted to suit the demands of modern day life. The repetoire is suitable for people of all ages and ability, all are welcome.
